How long does shipping take?

Within the UK, 2–3 working days. Across Europe, 3–5 working days. International, 5–8 working days. All shipping is fully tracked and signature on delivery. Complimentary on orders over £350.

Can I return a bag?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn bag for a full refund, or 60 days for an exchange. We email a prepaid label as soon as you let us know.

How does the lifetime repair programme work?

Email atelier@iftstore.com with photos and a description of what you'd like repaired. We'll quote — most repairs are between £40 and £180, plus return shipping. Stitching restorations on bags younger than three years are complimentary.

Are the leathers vegetable-tanned?

The vast majority — yes. Our principal hides come from established vegetable-tanning houses that have been working without chrome for decades. A small number of soft pebbled leathers are chrome-free metal-tanned, which we always disclose on the product page.

Can I visit the atelier?

Yes. We host visits Tuesday through Saturday by appointment. Email atelier@iftstore.com at least a week in advance — visits are limited to four people at a time so we can show you everything properly.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All bags arrive in a cotton flannel pouch inside a IFT Store box, hand-tied with linen string. If you'd like a handwritten note included, mention it at checkout — it's complimentary.
